Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.

For cancellations made between 29 and 19 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, an amount equal to one (1) night’s stay will be retained.

For cancellations made 19 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained in full.

In case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of early departure, the guest is obligated to pay the full cost of the stay already completed plus 50% of the total amount corresponding to the remaining nights of the reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the above amounts in accordance with this policy.
